Design Engineer/CAD CAM Engineer (AutoCAD+Solid Works)
Job Description:
Criterion as follows:-
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years CAD drafting/design experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong 2D detailing and GD&T per ASME Y14.5; understanding of fits/tolerances and
stackups.
• Ability to interpret and implement customer specs/standards, materials, finishes, and special
processes (e.g., HT, plating, welding, NDT).
• Basic knowledge of machining, fabrication, sheet metal and/or assembly processes.
• Familiarity with creating drawing packs for inspection and firstoff.
