Job Description:

JD of Production Manager

Supervising daily production operations and shop floor activities
Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities for Fin Press and Hairpin Bending
machines in collaboration with the maintenance team; support root cause analysis and
implementation of permanent countermeasures.
Manage Heat Exchanger / Coil Shop line operations, ensuring daily production targets are
achieved with required quality and safety standards
Ensure correct machine parameters and adherence to coil manufacturing processes
Identify process deviations, quality issues, and bottlenecks; implement improvements to
enhance productivity, reduce rejection, and improve OEE.  
Supervise and lead a team of engineers, operators and shop-floor workers; allocate manpower,
provide on-job guidance, and ensure discipline and adherence to SOPs.  
Prepare and maintain production records, downtime reports, and daily output tracking using
MS Excel/Office tools; share regular updates with reporting managers.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, 5S, and shop-floor best practices.
